JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the development of innovative and compelling visual strategies that align with client objectives and campaign goals.
Oversee and guide a team of graphic designers, photographers, and other creative staff to ensure high-quality output. Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to ensure a cohesive and effective campaign.
Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and effectively communicate and present creative concepts and designs.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in design, advertising, and culture to ensure campaigns are contemporary and effective. Ensure all creative assets meet internal and client standards for quality and effectiveness. Uphold brand consistency across all project deliverables, while pushing creative boundaries.
QUALIFICATIONS

| Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design and creative projects.
| Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
| Excellent leadership and communication skills.

| Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
| Seeking to grow oneself effectively than appreciate only those effective works.
| Storyboard Skills or Computer Graphic are advantage.
